100 day hassle free returns


 

Can I return it?

Yes -  If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered you can return your order to us within 100 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price. 

  • Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 48 hours of us receiving the return.

  • We are unable to refund your freight costs but if your order was originally freight free we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.

  • We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in re-saleable condition as determined by Baby Avenue. 

  • Excludes swimwear & underwear items.

Can I exchange it?
​​YES - the best way to get replacement items is for you to go back online and order the replacement in a new order and we refund you for the original purchase once we have received the goods back to us.

If it does not meet the above criteria, an exchange or refund cannot be processed and the item(s) will be returned to you.

  • We can't accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
